How to use your package, promo and gift card codes
When you purchase a package or giftcard, an email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
This email contains a coupon code.
Click the Schedule link in your email to go directly to the studio booking page or book through the Shoppe&Tailor website.
Select the day and how many hours you wish to book for. During this, you can add extra guests and specify requests eg. “I need to use the serger for my project.”
Input your 8-digit Certificate Code in the gift code, packages and coupons box to waive the price of your booking.
When you checkout your appointment, you will not be charged as the membership is a prepaid savings on booking.
If you’re unsure of how many prepaid hours you have left or you want to check what certificates you have available (for memberships, lesson bundles, gift cards &etc) you can input your email address or coupon code in the Check My Balance box above.
If you do not receive an email after purchasing a Studio Membership, please check your spam for [Product Order: Name ] from Shoppe and Tailor Studios.
If you do not see the email at all, please contact us with screencaps or receipt of your purchase.
